Vegetable And Rice Primavera - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 1/2 c. fresh vegetables (celery, carrots, broccoli, green peppers and peas)
    1 1/2 c. chicken broth
    1 1/2 c. uncooked Minute rice
    2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
    1 onion
Preparation
    Saute vegetables and onions in butter until tender. Add chicken broth; bring to a boil.
    Stir in rice and remove from heat.
    Let stand for 5 minutes or until broth is absorbed. Sprinkle with cheese before serving.
