Seafood Au Gratin - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. milk
    16 oz. American cheese slices
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 1/2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
Preparation
    Let thicken.
    Pour into casserole dish over seafood (I use 1 pound fresh lump crabmeat and 1 1/2 pounds boiled and peeled shrimp).
    Top with cracker crumbs and dot with butter.
    Bake 15 minutes until bubbly.
