Old Timey Egg Custard - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. self-rising flour
    1/3 stick butter, melted
    2 eggs
    3/4 c. sweet milk
    1 tsp. lemon flavoring
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together and pour into an unbaked pie shell.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 until set and slightly brown.
    Add 1/2 cup coconut to mixture before cooking, if desired.
