Crustless Crab Spinach Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. sliced fresh mushrooms
    1 (10 oz.) frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained well
    4 oz. fresh crab
    1 c. chopped green onion
    8 eggs
    1 c. milk
    1 c. chopped sweet red pepper
    2 c. Monterey Jack cheese
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Beat eggs; add remaining ingredients.
    Bake in 9 x 13 dish at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes.
