Impossible Quiche - cooking recipe
Ingredients

12 slices bacon (about 1/2 lb.), crisply fried and crumbled
1 c. shredded Swiss cheese (about 4 oz.)
1/3 c. finely chopped onion
2 c. milk
1/2 c. Bisquick baking mix
4 eggs
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
Lightly grease a 10-inch pie plate. Sprinkle bacon, cheese and onion evenly over bottom of pie plate. Place remaining ingredients in blender container.
Cover and blend on high speed 1 minute.
Pour into pie plate. Bake until golden brown and knife inserted in center comes out clean, about 50 to 55 minutes.
Let stand 5 minutes before cutting. Serves 6.
