Creamed Cabbage(Microwave) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 tsp. cornstarch
1/2 c. milk
6 c. shredded cabbage
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, cut up
1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
1 Tbsp. minced onion
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. white pepper
Preparation
-
Dissolve cornstarch in milk.
Combine all ingredients in 2-quart microwave-proof casserole dish.
Cover.
Cook 10 to 12 minutes or until tender, stirring once during cooking time.
Stir and let stand 2 minutes before serving.
