Spaghetti Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 oz. spaghetti
2 tsp. butter
1/3 c. Parmesan cheese
2 eggs, beaten
1 c. cottage cheese
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 large can Contadina crushed tomatoes
1 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
Preparation

Cook and drain the spaghetti.
Add the butter, Parmesan cheese and eggs.
Mix and put into a 10-inch shell pan.
Cover with the cottage cheese.
Cook and drain the grease from the ground beef. Add the onion.
Puree the tomatoes with the sugar, oregano and garlic salt.
Mix the ground beef and onion with the tomato mixture and pour onto the cottage cheese.
Bake at 350\u00b0
for 20 minutes, uncovered.
Sprinkle with Mozzarella cheese and bake 5 minutes or until melted.
