Chop Suey Dish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 c. spaghetti, measured before cooking
    2 onions, chopped and sauteed in 3 Tbsp. butter
    1 can tomato soup
    1/4 c. water
    1/4 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Brown ground beef and pour off fat.
    Saute onions.
    In 2 quarts water, break up in small pieces the 1 cup spaghetti with 1 teaspoon salt and boil until done; drain spaghetti.
    Add beef, onions, spaghetti, tomato soup, water and grated cheese.
    Bake slowly at 325\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
