Mother'S Spanish Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. salad oil
    1 c. diced onion
    3/4 c. diced green pepper
    2/3 c. rice (not instant rice)
    2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 small bay leaf
    3 1/4 c. tomatoes
Preparation
    Mix together.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
