Veg-All Cheesy Chowder - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. butter or oleo
1/3 c. flour
2 c. milk
1 can (Swanson) clear chicken broth
8 oz. pkg. Velveeta cheese, cubed
1/4 tsp. hot pepper sauce
1/4 tsp. white pepper
2 cans Veg-All, drained
2 Tbsp. parsley flakes
1 medium onion, chopped
Preparation

Melt butter in large pan.
Add chopped onion and cook until tender.
Add flour and whisk or stir in.
Cook on low heat for 1 minute, stirring constantly.
Add milk and chicken broth.
Cook over medium heat until thick.
Add cheese and seasonings (white pepper and hot sauce), stirring until cheese melts.
Add Veg-All and parsley flakes.
Reduce heat and cook until heated.
Do not boil.
Serve with bread sticks spread with garlic and butter and toasted.
