Cabbage Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. chuck roast
    1 medium onion, chopped
    2 stalks celery, chopped
    1 small head cabbage, chopped
    1 large can crushed tomatoes
    1 tsp. salt
    sugar to taste
Preparation
    Braise 1 pound chuck roast (cubed).
    Add the chopped onion and celery.
    Add 2 cups water.
    Slowly cook over medium heat for approximately 2 hours.
    Add the chopped cabbage.
    Add the tomatoes; cook for 1 hour.
    Add the salt and sugar.
    Cook 1 hour.
