Ingredients

2 c. crushed vanilla wafers
1/2 c. melted butter
1 c. crushed Spanish peanuts
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1/2 c. peanut butter
16 oz. Cool Whip
2 small chocolate instant pudding
3 c. milk
1 Hershey bar

Preparation

Mix crushed vanilla wafers, melted butter and Spanish peanuts. Press into a 9 x 13-inch pan and bake 10 minutes at 350\u00b0.
