Porcupines - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. uncooked rice
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 Tbsp. oil
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. chopped bell pepper
    2 1/2 c. tomato juice
Preparation
    Mix beef, rice, salt and pepper.
    Form into small balls and place them in a large baking dish.
    Saute pepper and onion in oil and add tomato juice.
    Pour over balls and bake at 350\u00b0 for 60 to 75 minutes.
