J. J.'S Chili - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. hamburger meat
1 c. onions, chopped
1 c. bell pepper, chopped
2 cloves garlic, chopped
1 can kidney beans
2 cans tomato soup
2 Tbsp. chili powder
1 Tbsp. white wine vinegar
dash of Tabasco sauce
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Brown meat in Dutch oven with onions, bell pepper and garlic. Drain fat.
Add soup, beans (with juice), chili powder, vinegar and Tabasco sauce.
Bring to a boil; lower heat and simmer 30 minutes. Serve.
