Festive Chocolate Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    2/3 c. evaporated milk
    12 regular marshmallows
    1/2 c. butter or margarine
    few grains salt
    6 oz. (1 c.) semi-sweet chocolate pieces
    1 c. cut up nuts
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix in saucepan the sugar, evaporated milk, marshmallows, butter or margarine and a few grains of salt.
    Cook, stirring constantly over medium heat, until it comes to a boil (mixture will be bubbling all over top).
    Boil and stir 5 minutes more. Take off heat.
    Add chocolate pieces.
    Stir until completely melted.
    Stir in nuts and vanilla.
    Spread in an 8-inch square pan.
    Cool and cut into 30 pieces.
    Butter pan before putting fudge in.
