Dijon Pork Chops - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. plain dried bread crumbs
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
2 tsp. vegetable oil
1/2 tsp. pepper
parsley flakes
5 to 6 pork chops
Dijon-style mustard
Preparation

In mixing bowl, combine bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, oil, pepper and parsley flakes; mix well and set aside.
Spread both sides of pork chops with mustard; then press pork chops into bread crumb mixture, coating both sides.
