Rhubarb Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. diced rhubarb
    1 c. sugar
    1 box strawberry Jell-O
    1 c. whipped cream or Cool Whip
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Cook the rhubarb, sugar and Jell-O over low heat (no water). Stir often. Cool until partly set.
    Fold in whipped cream or Cool Whip. Add nuts.
    Chill for several hours.
