Rhubarb Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. diced rhubarb
2 c. sugar
1/2 c. shortening
2 eggs
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. sour milk (1 Tbsp. with milk to make 1 c.)
Preparation

Mix rhubarb with 1/2 cup sugar.
Set aside.
Add last.
Cream together the remaining 1 1/2 cups sugar, shortening, eggs and flour.
Then add the baking soda, cinnamon, vanilla and sour milk. Add the rhubarb mixture.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 minutes.
Sprinkle 10x sugar on top when done.
