Sweet And Sour Tuna, Pork Or Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. (7 oz. can) pineapple tidbits
1/2 c. vinegar
1 Tbsp. soy sauce
2 Tbsp. flour
4 green onions, sliced diagonally
2 tomatoes, peeled
1 green pepper, sliced thin
2 cans tuna (7 oz. cans)
1/4 c. sugar
Preparation

Drain syrup from pineapple and combine it with vinegar and sugar.
Mix soy sauce with flour and then add to pineapple mixture and cook, stirring constantly, until clear and thickened.
Add onions, green pepper, pineapple and tomatoes.
Simmer for four minutes.
Add tuna, broken into large flakes, and cook just long enough to heat.
Serve with chow mein noodles if desired.
