Squash Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sour cream
1 small onion, grated
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 pkg. Pepperidge Farm seasoned bread crumbs
2 c. cooked mashed squash
1 carrot, grated
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
2 eggs
butter
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Mix all ingredients except bread crumbs.
Sprinkle bread crumbs on bottom of buttered casserole dish, add squash mixture, cover with more bread crumbs and add butter slices.
Bake for 30 minutes.
Yields 6 servings.
