Sour Cream Shrimp - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. shelled shrimp
    1 c. sour cream
    1 chopped onion
    1 can mushrooms
    1/4 c. butter
    1 Tbsp. flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    cooked rice
Preparation
    Saute onions, mushroom and shrimp in butter.
    Add salt, flour and sour cream.
    Heat until hot.
    Serve over rice.\tTime of preparation: 20 minutes.
    Serves 4.
