Apple-Cherry Brown Betty - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. all-purpose flour
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1/3 c. firmly packed brown sugar
    1/2 c. vanilla low-fat yogurt
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    2 Tbsp. unsweetened orange juice
    vegetable cooking spray
    1 tsp. ground cinnamon
    2 medium Granny Smith apples, peeled, cored and sliced
    2 tsp. lemon juice
    1 c. frozen dark sweet cherries, thawed
    1/4 c. sugar
    1/4 c. all-purpose flour
    2 Tbsp. margarine, softened
    2 Tbsp. fine dry bread crumbs
    4 c. vanilla non-fat frozen yogurt
Preparation
    Combine first 5 ingredients in a medium bowl; stir well. Combine low-fat yogurt, oil and orange juice; stir well.
    Add yogurt mixture to flour mixture and stir just until blended. Spoon into a 9-inch square baking dish coated with cooking spray; set aside.
    Combine apple slices and lemon juice; toss gently. Arrange apples and cherries over batter in pan; sprinkle with 1/4 cup sugar.
