Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 chicken
    1 pkg. seasoned bread cubes
    1 stick margarine, softened
    1 c. water
    1/2 c. green onions, cut up
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. milk
    2 eggs
    1 can cream of chicken soup or mushroom soup
    1 c. shredded cheese
Preparation
    Cook, cool, debone and cut chicken into cubes.
    Mix bread cubes, margarine and water and pat on bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan. Mix together chicken, green onions, celery, mayonnaise and salt. Spread on top of stuffing.
    Beat 2 eggs; add milk.
    Mix well and pour over chicken. Let stand overnight in refrigerator before putting in oven.
    Spread can of soup over top.
    Bake 45 minutes at 325\u00b0.
    During last 10 minutes, sprinkle 1 cup of shredded cheese over top.
