Tuna And Red Pepper Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (6 1/2 oz.) cans solid white tuna, separated into chunks
    2 large sweet red peppers, cut into thin strips
    1 c. chopped fresh parsley
    1/2 c. chopped fresh cilantro
    2 Tbsp. rice vinegar
    1 Tbsp. sesame oil
    1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1/4 tsp. dried crushed red pepper
    1/4 tsp. salt
    radicchio
    leaf lettuce
Preparation
    Combine first 4 ingredients in a large bowl.
    Combine vinegar and next 4 ingredients; drizzle over tuna mixture.
    Toss gently. Cover and chill
    up to 1 1/2 hours, if desired.
    Arrange on radicchio and leaf lettuce; serve immediately.
