Cream Of Cauliflower Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1/4 c. sliced onion
    2 small ribs celery
    1 1/2 c. chicken broth
    1 c. mashed or riced, cooked cauliflower
    1 c. light cream
Preparation
    Cook sliced onion and celery with leaves in butter until cooked, then add chicken broth and cauliflower.
    Heat to the boiling point.
    Add light cream.
    Do not let soup boil after adding the cream.
    Season to taste.
