Baked Fish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. liquid margarine
    juice of 2 limes
    salt and pepper to taste
    pressed garlic to taste
    3 lb. skinned fish fillets (orange roughy)
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
    2 (3 oz.) cans fried onions, crushed
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Beat margarine, lime juice, salt, pepper and garlic until smooth.
    Spread liberally on both sides of fillets; marinate for 1 hour in a Pyrex baking dish.
    Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and crushed onions.
    Bake for 15 minutes, or until just done, depending on thickness of fish.
    Serves 6 to 8.
