Fudge-Scotch Ring - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. butterscotch chips
    1 can Eagle Brand condensed sweetened milk
    walnuts, chopped
    maraschino cherries
Preparation
    In the top of a double boiler, melt chips with milk; cook until thick.
    Remove from heat and add nuts.
    Stir and mix well. Place in refrigerator and chill about 1 hour.
    Drop by tablespoon to form a ring.
    Decorate with nuts and cherries.
