Microwave Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. butter (oleo can only be used if its 100 calories/Tbsp.)
    1 lb. Velveeta
    1 1/2 c. cocoa (6 oz. by weight)
    1/2 c. Karo
    4 lb. powdered sugar
    1 lb. pecans, broken and cleaned
    1/4 c. vanilla (4 Tbsp.)
Preparation
    Place first 4 ingredients in large microwavable mixing bowl (4 to 6 quarts). Heat in microwave on High for about 6 minutes until butter and Velveeta are well melted.
