Palocenke(Crepe) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs
    3 tsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 c. milk
    2 1/2 c. flour
    1 Tbsp. melted butter
    1 tsp. oil (for frying)
    cottage cheese or jam (as spread)
Preparation
    Mix ingredients well.
    Put even amount of batter in a skillet with teaspoon of oil.
    Fry lightly on both sides until lacy (makes 12 to 15).
