Collard Greens - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large bunch greens
    1/4 c. cooking oil
    2 large ham hocks
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    2 Tbsp. salt
Preparation
    Place collards in large bunch, cut up and wash very good.
    Add cooking oil.
    Add large ham hocks and sugar.
    Add salt (in large pot).
    Add greens.
    Cook for 2 or 3 hours or until very tender. Serve hot.
