Cheese Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. creamy cheese
    1 (16 oz.) can whole tomatoes
    1 tsp. chopped jalapeno pepper
    2 Tbsp. juice from tomatoes
    1 Tbsp. juice from peppers
Preparation
    Melt cheese in double boiler.
    Drain can of whole tomatoes and retain juice.
    Mix together 2 tablespoons of juice from the tomatoes and 1 tablespoon juice from the peppers.
    Add water to make 1/2 cup liquid.
    Add 3 chopped tomatoes and finely chopped peppers and liquid mixture to melted cheese.
    Mix well.
