Chili Lovers Only - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground meat
    1 medium onion, diced
    1 small green pepper, diced
    1 clove garlic, cut fine
    4 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
    1 large can stewed tomatoes
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    4 cans kidney beans
    2 shakes chili seasoning
    1/2 stick celery, cut small
    McCormick (mild chili seasoning)
Preparation
    In a large pot with 4 cans tomato sauce, brown meat, onions, garlic, green pepper, using 2 cups of water and rinse all the cans.
    Stir occasionally with lid on for 1 hour.
    Uncover.
    Stir. Heat on low until desired thickness, about 1 more hour.
