Honey-Baked Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. chicken (pieces you prefer)
    4 Tbsp. margarine, butter or vegetable oil
    1/4 c. mustard
    1/2 c. honey
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Wash and dry chicken (skins can be removed).
    Melt the margarine (or butter or oil) in a shallow baking pan.
    Add remaining ingredients.
    Roll the chicken pieces in this mixture, then arrange in a single layer in the same pan.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 40 minutes, basting occasionally.
