Tex-Mex Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    2 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 1/2 c. salsa
    3 to 4 c. nacho cheese Doritos, crumbled
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. shredded taco-flavored cheese
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0. In a large mixing bowl, combine thawed ground beef, salsa, eggs, chips, salt and cheese. Mix well. Grease two loaf pans and divide mixture evenly in the two pans. Pat firmly into shape. Bake for 1 hour. Remove and let stand for 10 to 15 minutes. Cut into slices. Serve with extra salsa, if desired. Makes 10 servings.
