Pecan Drops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. light brown sugar
    3/4 lb. pecans, chopped fine
    3 egg whites, beaten stiff and dry
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. vanilla
    pinch of salt
Preparation
    Mix all dry ingredients, then fold in egg whites.
    Drop by teaspoonful on cookie
    sheet
    and bake in slow oven at 325\u00b0 to 350\u00b0 for about 10 minutes.
    Makes 6 dozen.
