Supper Boats - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 loaf French bread
1 small can evaporated milk
1 1/2 lb. raw hamburger
1/2 c. cracker crumbs
1 egg
1/2 c. chopped onion
3/4 tsp. Accent
1 Tbsp. mustard
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
8 oz. Mozzarella cheese
Preparation

Cut bread in half the long way.
Mix together rest of ingredients.
Spread mixture on bread.
Put bread on foil and fold foil up on sides of bread.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1/2 hour.
To serve, slice and dip in spaghetti sauce.
