Slo-Cooker Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    1 1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 1/2 c. chopped green peppers
    2 garlic cloves
    1 (28 oz.) can whole tomatoes (undrained)
    2 (16 oz.) cans kidney beans
    2 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. chili powder
    1 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. cumin
Preparation
    Brown ground beef on range top.
    Put into slo-cooker.
    Add onion, green peppers, garlic, tomatoes, kidney beans, salt, chili powder, pepper and cumin.
    Stir to combine.
    Cover and simmer at setting No. 2 1/2 for 7 to 10 hours.
    Makes 8 to 10 servings.
