Beef Steak Lemon Baked - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. chuck steak
    2 Tbsp. soft butter or margarine
    2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 large lemon, sliced
    2 medium onions, diced
    1 c. ketchup
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire
    1/4 c. water
Preparation
    Wipe steak with damp cloth.
    Place in baking dish.
    Rub with soft butter; season.
    Cover with lemon and orange slices.
    Combine ketchup, Worcestershire and water and pour over steak.
    Cover tightly so meat will steam tender.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 2 hours or until meat is tender.
    Serves 6.
