Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. squash, blanched and drained
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    2 eggs, beaten
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    3/4 c. Parmesan cheese
    salt to taste
Preparation
    Mix ingredients together, then put into a shallow, greased casserole.
    Top with cracker crumbs.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
