Mushroom A La Creme - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. small mushrooms with stems
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1 Tbsp. dry sherry
    1/2 c. sour cream (room temperature)
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    dash of Tabasco sauce
    2 slices bread, toasted and cut into triangles
    1/4 c. butter, melted
    1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
Preparation
    Saute mushrooms in butter for 2 minutes.
    Add sherry and cook another 2 minutes.
    Add sour cream, Worcestershire sauce and Tabasco.
    The consistency of the mix should be that of a rich Hollandaise.
    Saturate the golden and very crisp toast with melted butter.
    Pour mushroom mix on toast.
    Sprinkle with parsley. Serves two for lunch.
