Poppy Seed Chicken - cooking recipe

4 chicken breasts
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
1 roll Ritz crackers
1 stick butter
2 level Tbsp. poppy seed
Preparation

Bake chicken at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour; debone and cut in bite size pieces.
Set aside.
Mix cream soup and sour cream together; mix with chicken and pour into lightly greased 9-inch square pan.
Mix crushed crackers, melted butter and poppy seed; pour over chicken mixture.
Bake at 350\u00b0, uncovered, approximately 30 to 35 minutes until bubbly in center.
