Fruit Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large can sliced peaches
    1 can pineapple tidbits
    1 can mandarin oranges
    1 bottle maraschino cherries
    1 box tapioca pudding (Jell-O brand blue box)
    1 box vanilla pudding (not instant)
    bananas, if desired
Preparation
    Drain peaches, pineapple and mandarin oranges.
    Save the juice.
    It should take about 3 cups, if not, add water to make 3 cups.
    Add the juice to the puddings and microwave until thick (cook about 8 minutes, stirring every 2 minutes).
    Cool completely.
    Combine the pudding mixture with the fruit, adding the bananas (if desired) and cherries last.
    Could add other fruits, nuts, etc.
