Hearty Vegetable Beef Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. or 2 lb. ground chuck
    2 cloves garlic, diced
    2 medium onions, chopped
    3 large carrots, sliced
    1/2 head cabbage, sliced in cloves
    5 stalks celery, sliced
    1 (15 oz.) tomato sauce
    1 c. catsup
    2 qt. water
    2 beef bouillon cubes
    salt and pepper
    2 c. Kluski noodles
Preparation
    In a large pot, saute ground beef.
    Remove fat.
    Add onions and garlic.
    Lightly brown.
    Add carrots, celery, tomato sauce, catsup, water, bouillon, cabbage, salt and pepper.
    Simmer about 1 hour, stirring often.
    Add Kluski noodles.
    Simmer until noodles are done.
