Reuben Sandwich - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 slices rye bread
    1 Tbsp. Thousand Island dressing or spicy mustard
    3 oz. thinly sliced deli corned beef
    1 slice Swiss cheese
    1/4 c. sauerkraut, drained
    1 Tbsp. butter
Preparation
    Spread one side of each piece of bread with the dressing or mustard.
    Layer the corned beef, cheese and sauerkraut on one slice and top with the other slice.
    Spread the outside of both sides with butter.
    Grill both sides in a medium skillet on medium until light brown and the cheese is melted.
