Chicken Dijon - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. butter
    4 breasts, split
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. chicken broth
    1/2 c. light cream
    2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
    2 tomatoes, cut in wedges
    2 Tbsp. parsley
Preparation
    Melt butter.
    Add chicken and cook until done.
    Remove chicken.
    Stir flour into drippings.
    Cook 1 minute.
    Add chicken broth and cream.
    Stir and cook until thick and bubbly.
    Stir in mustard.
    Return chicken and cover for 10 minutes.
    Sprinkle with parsley.
