Crock-Pot Mashed Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. peeled potatoes
    8 oz. cream cheese
    8 oz. sour cream
    1 stick butter
Preparation
    Cook potatoes and drain water.
    Mash potatoes.
    Add rest of ingredients and mix well.
    Refrigerate overnight or put in crock-pot directly.
    If refrigerated, allow at least 3 hours on low setting of crock-pot.
