Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. shredded carrot
1 c. light oil
2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. each baking soda, baking powder and salt
4 eggs
nuts (optional)
cinnamon, nutmeg, raisins and coconut (optional)
Preparation

Mix together carrot, oil and eggs; add sugar.
Mix very well with electric mixer.
In separate bowl mix all dry ingredients, then
add slowly to first mixture.
Use 2 (8 inch) round pans, a 9 x 13-inch pan or 2 large bread loaf pans.
Pour into greased pans and bake at 325\u00b0 for one hour.
