Beef Thing - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. stew beef, cut into bite size pieces (do not brown beef)
1 pkg. dry onion soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. water
1/2 pt. sour cream
noodles or rice
Preparation

Cook in pot with a tight lid or put foil over a casserole dish and then put cover on top of foil.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 2 to 3 hours. Do not peek while it bakes.
Before serving, add the sour cream and serve over noodles or rice. Serves 4.
