Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lb. rump roast
    1 large bottle Zesty Italian dressing
    pepper to taste
Preparation
    Trim fat from roast.
    Wash roast in cool water.
    Marinate roast overnight in Zesty Italian dressing.
    Add pepper.
    Bake for 2 hours at 350\u00b0.
