Egg Noodles - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. butter
    2 c. plus 2 Tbsp. flour
Preparation
    Combine eggs and salt.
    Beat well.
    Add butter and flour, mix into soft ball.
    Divide into two parts.
    Roll out on floured board. Roll thin and cut into strips.
    Let dry and cook in chicken broth.
